Oslo Cathedral

At the festival service, Consortium Vocale Oslo will perform Gregorian mass music and Frescobaldi’s organ mass Messa della Domenica. Priests are Valborg Orset Stene and cathedral dean Pål Kristian Balstad. Cathedral organist Marcus André Berg.

Torshov Church

For the festival church service in Torshov Church, Psalm 9 for choir, trumpet, flute, and organ by Kristian Hernes will have its premiere. The parish priests take part. Brynjar Kolbergsrud (trumpet), Ingrid Holmen (flute), chamber choir with singers from the Norwegian Soloists’ Choir, and Kristian Hernes on the organ.

Stovner Church

At the service in Stovner Church, three local choirs will sing – Høybråten damekor, Høybråten sangforening and the church choir Camino kantori – with their own contributions that will elevate the hymns and liturgy. A new hymn with lyrics by Sindre Skeie and music by Yngve Sporild Breievne is presented. Trumpetist Tormod Åsgård and oboist Karin Seppola participates, together with the parish organists Eline Dalhoff, Joakim Moen Tønset, and Yngve Sporild Breievne, as well as the parish priests.
